Built with the Mac platform users in mind while still retaining compatibility with Windows devices, Keychron Q1 comes with a system toggle and additional sets of keyboard for both Windows and Mac systems.

Gasket-Mounted Design For Better Typing Experience. 

The gasket design provides the board with an excellent typing feel and a great sound when typing. The solar board offers the maximum typing flex of Q1, which is almost 2.5mm. It is one of the most flexible boards on the market.

Support Both 3 Pin And 5 Pin Switches

The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB. You can install the switches or make adjustments to the PCB change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports both types of MX mechanical switches with 3 pin and 5 pin.

RGB LED Lights Makes It Beautiful

Q1 is created for better experience. South facing rgb led  aims to illuminate the keyboard backlighting from the user’s lateral angle with super-light PBT keycaps. The south facing rgb led lights is also free from interference when the user installs OEM or Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on their keyboard.

Program Q1 With QMK & VIA

During full QMK and VIA support, you will be able to program and reprogram each key on the keyboard to your heart’s content. The open-source firmware affords you the opportunity to design custom layouts that suits your needs.

VIA is a keyboard mapping programming software. It  allows users to define every key and even run macros for the key combinations that they want on their Q1. Moreover, it supports macOS, Windows, and Linux.  The big keys’ (space bar, shift, enter, delete) typing experience is more stable and smooth.
