Gasket-Mounted & Top-Mounted
Gasket mounting is a type of keyboard mounting, where no screw holes are drilled into the plate and PCB. Instead, the plate is wedged in between the case layers and PCB through the support of rubber strips, or gaskets. A top mount system, however, with the upper case, mounting plate, PCB and the bottom case combines seamlessly, enables the keyboard to avoid wobbling at the bottom. It’s totally up to you to swap between the two mounts.
82 Keys 75% Compact Layout & Aluminium Case
POMAKER Next Time custom wired mechanical keyboard DIY kit is designed in a favored compact 75% layout by the community to maximize the function while not waste a minimum of space. This layout is widely used and loved by the community. With an aluminum case, the keyboard goes beyond just adding weights. The white version is made by cataphoresis while the rest by Anodized. In this way, the keyboard creates a greatly stable atmosphere for typing experience.
Note: The cataphoresis Alu is vulnerable to scratch, and so the white version should be kept from sharp items.
Hot Swappable PCB & Poron Foams
EPOMAKER Next Time Kit is equipped with hot swappable PCB to ensure free replacement or change of switches. You don’t need to solder it. It is compatible with most 3 pin and 5 pin mechanical switches, such as Cherry, Gateron, Otemu, Kailh and other MX switches and its clones. To present a premium kit, Next Time 75 Kit is equipped with top foams of Poron bottom foam, Poron PCB foam and Poron gaskets. With a whole Poron collection, the keyboard stands out in acoustic fields easily.
Amazing RGB Backlight & Music Rhythm Mode
RGB backlight is always considered as one of the important elements for mechanical keyboards thus Next Time makes more than simple RGB backlight. It features a mesh structure at the bottom of the kit and side RGB lights design. The keyboard is fully surrounded by amazing RGB effects.
Rotary Knob Control
A rotary knob control is there for easy access to volume. You are able to mute, turn up/down volume, control backlight brightness etc..
